Remember a couple of weeks ago we mentioned an upcoming event started by Improv Everywhere called "No Pants Subway Ride", well we're following up with their video of this year's pantsless subway riders who braved one of the coldest days in NYC to be a part of this!

"I painted these as I was starting the brand, & I wanted to visualize the girl I was designing for. I was just starting to work with watercolor and it took a couple of tries until I found a way to keep the color where I wanted it, and in the end I was so happy with the images that I decided to use them for my namesake brand & site. I think there's something so ethereal about images in watercolor... the way it bleeds in some places, the way the colors run together. I'm going to make a point to do more as I move the brand forward, because on the night's before a photoshoot or in dreaming up a new collection I keep picturing a moment in my head before it even happens and something about putting it on paper puts me at ease. If you haven't heard about NINE, you're not alone, neither had my boyfriend, which is surprising only because it has such a stellar all-star cast! And even if you're not a die-hard lingerie and vintage lover if you're not inspired to run out and buy yourself some sexy vintage inspired lingerie... well I don't know what will!

It's an adapted Broadway musical originially written by Arthur Kopit in the 1980's, and Rob Marshall has turned it into an epic and provocative musical for the big screen. It's about an Italian director, Guido Contini (played by Daniel Day Lewis), but really also about all the strong women that have entered and left his life. It's sad, beautiful, thrilling, and in my book for any lingerie or theater lover a must-see.

Penelope seduces the audience with a sexy floor routine and rope dance!
Nicole is the stunning leading lady in Guido's films.
Reminiscent of Audrey in Breakfast at Tiffany's Marion Cotillard plays Guido's faithful and beautiful wife.
Kate bubbles in as an efferevescent press personality in love with Guido's films.
Judi Dench's character insprires Guido with stories of the burlesque house Folies Bergere & it's costumes.
This scene gave me chills! Fergie plays the whore from his youth, and sings a chilling song with an amazing chorus of female singers/dancers. I won't spoil it!
Last but not least, Sophia Loren, plays Guido's mother.
