Product, Fit, Care:

How does your product fit?
Our Between the Sheets Collection has what we call a contemporary fit. This means that armholes may be a bit snugger, the sleeves may be a little bit longer, and the neckline might be a little lower. Most styles fit a range of body types, while some drape away from the body. There is more specific information within each product’s description ie. Inseams, length, or width of specific parts where applicable that can help you understand how it may fit you.

Of course if you have a specific question about an item you can always email us at customerservice@btslingerie.com for more information and we’ll get back to you with more information.

Between the Sheets dress size equivalents are as follows:

Layla L’obatti for Between the Sheets has a more traditional fit, and most pieces currently in the line have ties and adjusters that aid in the fit. The main difference between S-M-L is the length and width, and depth of cups.

Please read individual product descriptions because many styles feature ties and wraps and are cut generously so they could fit a wider range of figures than detailed below!

How to I care for my new garments?
To keep your garments looking like new always follow instructions on the care label. The most important tips are dry clean silk, and keep stretch materials away from the high heat dryers. Many of our products contain a high spandex content and are engineered to stretch, lengthening their life but leaving them vulnerable to heat. E-boutique - Payment, Shipping, Tax:

How much will I pay to ship my order?
Between the Sheets ships through both UPS and the United States Postal Service. We provide FREE SHIPPING via UPS Ground to the Continental US for all orders over $75.00. Shipping charges for orders less than $75.00, orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii, International orders, or orders shipped using expedited shipping are calculated based on weight, distance, and selected carrier (UPS or US Postal Service) and are displayed in the shopping cart.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our warehouse can ship out most orders within 24 hours, and most orders will be received within 5-10 business days (although it often takes less time). Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be shipped on the next business day (please check our blog for updates on holiday shipping under events).

Ground orders don’t have a guaranteed delivery date, but if you are willing to pay a little extra you can select expedited shipping options. For those orders placed before 3pm with expedited shipping they will usually leave the same day.

Do you ship orders Internationally?
Between the Sheets is pleased to offer our product to customers all over the world. We ship to most countries, but please see the list of countries in our shopping cart as UPS and the US Post Office have a few restrictions about where they ship.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards.

I don’t trust putting my credit card through the web, can I order your product over the phone?
Unfortunately we don’t have a live customer service representative to assist you at this time, but you can check our stockist list to find out if there is a boutique near you that carries the brand, and you can also leave us a voicemail at 347-688-2008 and we’ll try to get back to you during 9:00 am-5:00pm EST to help you process your order over the phone.

Why do I have to create an account to checkout?
To provide secure access and ease of use in the future we require all customers to create an account in order to purchase. You will not be signed up for any email updates automatically, in order to sign up for email updates please fill out and hit "go" on the subscribe field at the bottom right of the page (above the shopping bag). I have a PayPal/Google account, can I use that?
Unfortunately we do not offer those checkout options at this time, but check back soon! We’re always making upgrades to our site!

Tax
If you live in New York you may be subject to state and local taxes, you can check what the tax will be in the shopping bag. Make sure to enter the zip code of the address you will be SHIPPING to in the shopping bag to make sure you get an accurate estimate. If you are an international customer remember that you still have to pay any import duties, taxes, or VAT that your country may charge on your purchase.

I live in New York, and some things are showing up with tax and others not, why is that?
Well, without going into long boring tax code, basically tax is based on where your order is being shipped. Since Between the Sheets is produced and operated in New York we have to charge tax throughout New York state on the price of each item and the cost of shipping.

The funny thing is, some areas in New York have exemptions for clothing under a certain amount, so if you have an individual item in your cart over that amount it may be getting charged tax while other items are not.

E-boutique - Order issues, Returns/Exchanges:

I got the wrong size, can I make an exchange or return?
The short answer is, sure! But there’s more..

The longer answer is that it depends on whether the merchandise has been worn. There are strict regulations that prohibit accepting returns/exchanges of worn undergarments, for full details please visit our legal notices section.

Only merchandise that is returned in its original or sellable condition will be credited to your account. Please contact us at customerservice@btslingerie.com or 347-688-2008 within 14 days of receiving your order for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please make sure to contact us before making a return since any items returned without proper authorization and/or after 14 days will be refused!

Unfortunately shipping fees are non-refundable, and you may have to pay for return shipping.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit card statement to show the refund. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase. If you are not the original purchaser, please consider exchanging the items you received, instead of returning.

There was an issue with my delivery, what can I do?
If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact a customer service representative for assistance within 2 business days of delivery by calling 347-688-2008 or by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem to customerservice@btslingerie.com.

I just got engaged! I want something special for my wedding night & honeymoon, can I register with Between the Sheets?
Congratulations! All of our products are integrated with Wishpot, which is a universal web registry program, so you can register for our products and any other products on other sites that also feature Wishpot registry and your guests and family can shop from all of the sites that you’ve registered with! We made that part easy right?

Is gift wrapping available?
Not at this time, but we expect to offer boxes and other gift options in the near future.

There isn’t a store near me, how can I buy the Between the Sheets Collection or Layla L’obatti for Between the Sheets?
Well right here on our site of course! With free ground shipping and special perks for our return customers, fans, and followers it’s great to be "Between the Sheets" with us. If you order something and you’re not happy with it, we’ll exchange it if it’s not underwear and hasn’t been worn. You get free ground shipping on domestic orders over $75, and that aint too bad!
