Shipping information and Policies:
Shipping Time -- Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and any shipping or transit time offered to you is only an estimate.
Between the Sheets now provides FREE SHIPPING to the United States and Canada via USPS or Postal Mail, orders over $100 will be shipped via UPS.
Shipping carrier and method can be selected in the shopping cart. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Additional Delivery Information:
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- In stock items usually arrive within 5-10 business days, or fewer if we are shipping to the metropolitan NY area. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery service is not available for UPS orders.
- Applicable sales tax will be charged to residents of New York. All other taxes, VAT, Import Duties (for international shipments) are the responsibility of the purchaser
- Between the Sheets ships internationally. See list of Countries we ship to in the shopping cart.
- We ship only to street addresses, not to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
Return Policy
Due to health regulations all sales on underwear, this includes boy shorts, thongs, bikinis, etc., ARE FINAL and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
On items other than underwear, if for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, you may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund of the item's purchase price.
Only merchandise that is returned in its original or sellable condition will be credited to your account. Please contact our Customer Service department at 347-688-2008 or customerservice@btslingerie.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and further information regarding merchandise returns. Any items returned without proper authorization and/or after 14 days will be refused!
Defective or damaged items:
If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact a customer service representative for assistance within 2 business days of delivery by calling 347-688-2008 or by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem to customerservice@btslingerie.com.
Refunds:
Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit card statement to show the refund. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase. If you are not the original purchaser, please consider exchanging the items you received, instead of returning.
Tax
By law Between the Sheets collects sales tax on all orders shipped to New York State addresses, regardless of billing address. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales, use or other taxes. For international orders all VAT, duties, taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
