Shipping information and Policies
- Between the Sheets now provides FREE SHIPPING to the United States and Canada via UPS or USPS, orders over $100 will be shipped via UPS.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
- During peak holiday seasons please factor 2 days for item to ship from warehouse + delivery time when calculating order turnaround.
- We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive on orders shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Please select qualified express shipping options for time sensitive deliveries.
Additional Delivery Information
- In stock items usually arrive within 5-10 business days, or fewer for east coast & tri-state area. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
- Saturday delivery service is not available for UPS orders.
- Applicable sales tax will be charged to residents of New York. All other taxes, VAT, Import Duties (for international shipments) are the responsibility of the purchaser
- Between the Sheets ships internationally. See list of Countries we ship to in the shopping cart.
- We ship only to street addresses, not to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Items returned for refund must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. Items returned within 30 days will be eligible for exchange only.
- Underwear is not eligible for return and is considered final sale. (includes boyshorts, bikinis, briefs, thongs etc)
- Sale items 50% off or more are FINAL SALE
- Customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns made for reasons other than defect or shipping error.- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit, we recommend insuring return packages for value.
Only merchandise that is returned in its original or sellable condition will be credited to your account. Please contact our Customer Service department at 347-688-2008 or email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and further information regarding merchandise returns. Any items returned without proper authorization and/or will not be eligible for return.
Defective or damaged items:
If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact a customer service representative for assistance within 2 business days of delivery by calling 347-688-2008 or by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit card statement to show the refund. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase.
