For a medium sized woman with DD's, it doesn't quite work -- the breast panel is too small and tends to let them fall under rather than spill over the top. Strap adjustment helps a bit but still not ideal. Certainly not worth nearly $100. Shame, I wanted to support "Made in the USA". Better luck next time.
