- Domestic orders placed by 2pm on 5/9 will arrive in time for Mother's Day and will ship FREE by USPS priority mail or UPS Ground
- Orders to Canada placed by 4/27 will ship FREE by USPS First Class for Mother's Day delivery (customs clearance time may vary). After-- Choose USPS International Priority or Express. Rates are displayed based on destination in shopping cart.
- Shipping deadlines are estimates based on the carriers mentioned above. Between the Sheets is not responsible for carrier delays due to inclement weather, international customs clearance or other causes. 

 

 

Shipping information and Policies

- Between the Sheets ships internationally from our New York warehouse. See list of Countries we ship to in the shopping cart.

- Between the Sheets now provides FREE SHIPPING to the United States and Canada via UPS or USPS, orders in the US over $100 will be shipped via UPS, orders to Canada will be shipped via USPS.

- Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
- During peak holiday seasons please factor 2 days for item to ship from warehouse + delivery time when calculating order turnaround.

- We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive on orders shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Please select qualified express shipping options for time sensitive deliveries.

Additional Delivery Information

- In stock items usually arrive within 5-10 business days, or fewer for east coast & tri-state area. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
- Saturday delivery service is not available for UPS orders. 

- Applicable sales tax will be charged to residents of New York. All other taxes, VAT, Import Duties (for international shipments) are the responsibility of the purchaser


- We ship only to street addresses, not to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.

- When you place your order we put an authorization hold on your credit card for the order amount and only charge the card when your item ships (this includes pre-order items).
