A size S is roughly 34B, M=36 B or C, L=38 C
For proper fit on fuller cup like a C or D suggest sizing according to band, cups will be slightly less coverage than on the next size up, in our experience customers with a 34D for example will often choose size S or M because it fits in the band and the cups stretch to accomodate their size.
